| ABOUT NOE TORRES: A South Texas native and lifetime baseball fan, Noe grew up hearing of the antics of Leo "Najo" Alaniz and other legendary baseball heroes in the Rio Grande Valley. Mr. Torres holds a Master’s degree in Library Science from the University of Texas at Austin and has worked in South Texas as a librarian, technology specialist, educational consultant, and Web page designer.
